and this example has flaws. N-convention occupy chesindi state land ni. So state in this case is just like any other individual whose land got occupied. So they will reclaim like any other person and its debatable in court. But state cannot walk in to N-convention and sieze entire land. But due to geographical nature it is good to join india and those who had a border to pakistan is free to join either india or pakistan ..
