Backup resources have to work beyond their regular job function to make up for the lost time. It's not about $$ loss, but additional pressure on team if the resource cannot perform at expected level. I have seen both under performers and people putting extra effort to deliver. I've hired a fresher and trained him, he delivered goods. In bigger companies hiring process is very painful, better do proper screening before hiring. | ||

reference ichaaka, aa candidate High Treason type crimes chesthe tappa, they will not come back to you....what is the issue about it....I give reference to friends many a times and my wife gives reference too....only if you send a hard copy on company reference, thats risky. you are not doing a proxy interview or something like that....just saying yes in a phone call and email.....you can even avoid sending email, if you dont want by saying your company policy wont allow sending emails. the agencies agree to it, many a times. Oka Desi employer call chesadu. Oka Desi Ammai in US was asked for references after the interview. Desi employer asked me to be her reference. So far so good... Aa ammai nenu present ga chestunna client daggira 2 years chesinattu faking in resume. Daaniki nenu reference ivvalanta. Atleast if that girl worked for 6 months or so, yedo konchem cover drive kottocchu anipinchindi. But here, asalu never worked. Asalu, aa period lo US lo undo, visa kooda vundo ledo teliyadu. Desi companies lo ee stories common but is it a risk to give reference for her? |
