Usually they will be stringent on young/middle aged people as they can stay back or work.. but for 50+ bindaas.. The other thing that might work against is if any blood relative like son or daughter is already a citizen.. nee case ki adhi valid kadhu



my cousin is 38, i sponsored him.. 4times reject 5th time icharu... you know him.. Mayura loo lunch chesam kadha.. veedu and murali gadu (kodumur) kalisi vasthunnaru.

mee case lo easy ga ipoyindi ani ala decide cehsara? or avg teesukoni chsthunnara?

I know 4 B1/B2 attended over last 1 month..only 1 got visa. H4 ki eppudu problem vundadu! so adhi include cheyyatam ledu! chennai ki 2 B1/B2 ellaru...2 of them got!

also local talk, hyd lo B1/B2 kastam ani! chennai lo easy ga ipothunnayi antunnaru!

valid visa untey vellochu.. 7yrs nunchi vellaleda.. vellava anedi Airline ki or indian authorities ki anavasaram. They dont have judistriction to decide that.

If visa date is less than expiry date.. they cant take decisions on behalf of american government... whe can sue the airlines. if that is the sole reason.
