I don't know when ANR bought these lands but FTL and buffer lands anni late 80s lo TDP valla vachayi so if ownership is there with ANR prior to this then they can only levy a heavy fine for developing those lands. Permanent structures lady ani kuda Nag can argue in the court. This issue is not so easy for KCR to take action like Gurukul lands. Spend less time trying to be brilliant and more time trying to avoid obvious stupidity. | ||

GHMC and Revenue officials surveying the Gurukul trust lands and others in IT corridor have identified that 3 acres and 12 guntas of tank bed land has been encroached in the Tammidigunta cheruvu near by. Officials said that surveys have shown that there was one acre and 12 guntas encroachment in FTL land and two acres encroached by the land grabbers even in the buffer zone of IT corridor. They said they are in process of measuring the land occupied by the N convention center in Madhapur which they would soon declare publicly, if any violations were proved. |
