He said "I have recommended an IT company from Mumbai to set up its office in Uppal but he said he wanted to set it up in Gachibowli which is the closest he can get to the Shamshabad air port. So when some body is not willing to drive from Shamshabad to Uppal, how can he drive from shamshabad to Vijayawada." | ||

Reacting to the wide-spread reports that most of the companies are moving out of Hyderabad to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana state Panchayati Raj and Information Technology Minister K. Taraka Ramarao denied the reports. Quoting an instance, KTR said, "I have recommended an IT company to set up its office in Uppal or Shamshabad but they have gently turned down by stating that they will set up office only in Gachibowli. If one is not ready to leave Gachibowli in first place, how do they move out of Hyderabad?" Interacting with the business heads of Information and Communication Technology industries, KCR made it clear that Hyderabad continues to be destination for IT industry.
