What you point out is very much valid. There are 2 aspects to it 1. one person may not feel the same way with all gurus. reason may wary, they may not be fully enlightened , our then state of mind , or he may not be our sadguru 2. often people in spiritual path needs some self assurance that they found a guru to follow - which they think sadguru Many people get dupped. It is extremely difficult to find a sadguru If we pray god ardently, he will show our sadguru, who may not look fancy and high profile. yes, extreme effects untayi ani reading valla telisindi, relaxation for me is reading a good book, I have read lots of literature around that and some also sent to Anand_n sis but never attempted to try it seriously  . 99% of people need to be properly trained to do stuff like that emo, only 1% hit it accidentally and remain unaffected by it without training.In history there is no such thing as the last word on any subject research leads to new things every day | ||

My Sister of ardent devotee of Mahavataar Baabaji, She has been continuing in this path from last 10 years, without lraving her regular duties We were introduced the same but i am fickle minded person when it comes to spirituality and bhakti. chala few time prey chesta , most of the times sollu neetulu chebutoo untanu, nenu matrham follow avvakunda... Oflate i started getting sudden feeling in the mind especially in the night aroung 11.30 to go for a meditation (i knew one simple mantra of Baabaji to recite) I do facing of a white wall when all lights switched off and family goes for a sleep. I am experincing strange feelings.. 1. most of time times the moment i open the eyes after 15-20 minutes, i start feeling vibrations and enegry bouncing back from white wall shaking all my body - freezing it for 1-2 min before coming to normalcy 2. very few times the same perience happens while eye are closed in meditation I checked with my Sister is it my self imagination of feelings or somrthing else She could not confirm any thing but told me that - usually in noon times the vibrational energy of Himalayan Yogis or Yogis arond the wold is peask which cocinceds with my meditation time.
