She was technically demoted at Google the last year of her work. She is a perfectionist wanting to align Google Logo to the last pixel, whereas Google as a company is not perfect, they test products on people directly. Last year of her work at Google she was mostly alienated. Page became CEO and she was not part of her inner circle. Page's inner circle had Vik, Pichai, etc etc but not her. She was seething for a long time. Google executives were full of complaints that it is incredibly difficult to get her appointment. | ||

sympathies are not for the job, or her salary, or dikkuleni thanam... sympathies are for not reaching up to her potential in a newer role. She may have been the best at what she was doing at Google. She certainly doesn't seem to be the best at whatever she's supposed to be doing now. My sympathies with her unprofessional behavior, whatever may have caused it. | ||

She had a meeting with the Unilever CEO where the guy came down to Sunnyvale for a meeting (don't ask why the Unilever CEO would want to come down to Yahoo's offices), she did not even turn up, this guy waited for 15 mins and then left...you don't keep your big customers waiting, and definitely not Paul Polman | ||
