MIGHT BE DORLING EVEN IS USA there is so much scope for ARTS and certain lands are allotted for such. So to promote art in those days they might have given it. Nothing wrong. Anyway those days BARREN LAND ANR Sir used for right purpose. So many Indians films were shot there. After his studios perhaps slowly houses or bunglows might have been constructed there way back in 1980s< Also with his studios so many go employed and livehood Imagine no studios in Hyderabad. Foolish Telugu people might have wasted paying or making non telug rich in Chennai or Bombay.
