The way to control 'yellow' journalism is to start your own 'pink' journalism or saffron journalism or white journalism or whatever. I think KCR hsa done right thing to ban TV9 and ABN in Telangana. The question is how far is too far on press freedom. I don't support KCR's politics in general, however I have to support him on this aspect. It has to start some where. May be this is the start to control Yellow Journalism of TV9 and perverted RK's ABN. Please don't tell me about American media and their freedom rights. Every body knows how the media is controlled by uncle Sam. Remember how much time TV9 spent on Chiru's daughter's elope episode. For that matter look at the countless epsidoes of these young people eloping and TV9 making them as heroes without shame. Imagine same thing happens to Wife or daughter of Rajani Kanth or Ravi Prakash? National channels are also no different from this. We need a revolution to control these perverts. |
