Fully agree. And this has to start from bottom up too. Most people are poor, but that should not mean they invest in proper sanitation facilities.. Aa bayata poye daaniki kharchu enduku.. Govt should also take up initiative, but maintenance is most important. Otherwise its plain waste of money.
