naaku gurtu unnanta varaku, i did it last year for H4 DS160 along with visa numbers you enter petition numbers like EAC-14 or WAC-14 ala anamata anyways I may be wrong, better talk to attorney and ask them, I had to do multiple COS(H1 to H4 and H4 to H1) as advised by my attorney for my wife 2 years back | ||

Mimmalni intla enduku adugutunna ante....i will tell you my friends case...his wify was in india and he applied for H1.Got it approved.But wify went for H4 stamping fearing that she might not get H1 stamped. She got the H4 approved.Came to US and applied for H1.Eee scenario lo kooda she already had an approved petition. Here is the case and please help H4 meeda US ki vachaaru --- applied for Change of status ---- h4-h1 --- got h1 approved --- but was not able to find the job(no status maintain)---now planning to go to India. Case is can they use the Old H4 petition for stamping(still valid petition). Only doubt is will the consulate or the USCIS or the Port of entry know that at some point of time they were on H1 and raise a query |
