I got the same problem yesterday using icicibank gateway on us2guntur
Transactions declined saying 'unauthorized usage'

when i am paying online bills(india) VISA verified page vasthundi, when i enter password with out any message direct home page ki velthundi..

previously when i am paying bsnl and electricity bill it was working fine,
last india trip nunchi problem vasthundi

i called VISA and my credit card company and india payment processing company they couldn't able to help me out..

evarikina ilanti problem vasthunda? how they are dealing with it.
