720p from Foscam. My house is not pre-wired, I installed myself. Bought one first and added two more later. They run on wifi. I am running "Blue Iris" software on my home server that records the footage off these cameras. I can monitor/alert/record from my phone, even when I am outside. Foscam cameras meeda frequent ga deals vastuntayi. Keep an eye on slickdeals. |

Annai.. 1 question. I use Android phone. But all the headphones I like and own are having Apple specific controls. Is there any way(Adapter may be) to enable those headphone controls (play/pause, volume up/down, mic) on android phones? Man who fishes in other man's well often catches crabs. |

Sashasaurav:
you can rule out wifi straight out-of-the-bat. It cannot support the bandwidth needed for 1080p video. You need to run one/two CAT 5/6 cables from each TV location to the distribution point. You need a matrix switcher that takes multiple HDMI sources like cable box, bluray, Apple TV etc. At each TV location you need a receiver that converts video back from cat 5 to hdmi. Here are some offerings: http://www.intelix.com/intlx_prod_details.php?pitem=DIGI-HD- 4X4 http://www.snapav.com/p-1072-b-300-hdmatrix-4x4.aspx I don't have motorized blinds at home. security system and few IP cameras I installed can be accessed/controlled from anywhere on my phone. |

On a different note What all did u automate in your home ? I am looking at automating blinds but that involves a heavy motor at each window .. which defeats the purpose ... especially at my home with 18 feet windows .. |

Sashasaurav:HDMI out ni Router lo ki icchi .. edhaina protocol thoti Wifi Streaming cheyyalemaa in all rooms ?
Nope. It has nothing to do with Apple TV. You need solution to view any source device with HDMI-out on all the TVs at home. There is whole video-distribution topic with matrix switchers and receivers that run over CAT 5/6. There are expensive to install. I thought about this solution but at that price ($3k plus), it is easier to buy $99 ATV for each TV. |

Sashasaurav:Ippudu naa daggara Apple TV undi .. How to access at multiple locations in the house ? Wifi through apple TV ni all rooms lo access cheyyachaa ?
access ante viewing or controlling? Viewing is obviously to one TV that is connected to ATV. Controlling is easy with "Remote" app on any iDevice as long as it is in same wifi network. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/remote/id284417350?mt=8 |
