I got it but for us it is better to invest b'ween ORR junction and Shadan Medical college or if you are fixated on that area then around Army public school you can think.

only SARK has done construction and hasn't yet handed over a single villa. Anyway Shankarpally road lo pothe it'll be 30 minutes drive. Only advantage for Mokila is that after Kokapet their won't be any construction allowed because of 111 GO till mokila. Bongulur lo lahari vallu row houses kattaru it took them 2 years to off load inventory.

12 - 20K vundi Hydershakote road lo sun city is much nearer to Chevella road so 15-25K range lo vandali but investment kosam ayithe don't look in those areas. Manaki saripodhu.

Budget/reason for selecting bheeramguda/ammenpur seppi? I feel Ghatkesar side is better for villas if your budget is 35-50 lakhs. Metro ki deggara & that stretch of ORR complete ayyipothe better linkages to other parts of the city.
