Gotcha:




My pain is classic achilles tendon early pain. I only have it in the morning after i wake up. Once i start walking it goes away. Even while running it is not an issue, but will become if i continue running without giving the tendon some rest.

naaku okasari narakam kanapadindi. i ran and my shoes were tight anukunta, nerves baga ruddukunayi, denema raatri nidra pataka sudiloto podichinatu anipinchindi at one place where nerve was pressed by shoe.

I started running again for the past 2 months after a break for the Delhi winter....started getting pain in the Achilles Tendon, got some new shoes, still the pain subsists. I have stopped running for the past one week...somehow feel my gym routine is incomplete without running...

Earlier i used to run on the treadmill, of late i have been running on the road - could this be a reason for this issue, which i never faced earlier. I am doing some stretching exercises that i found on the net. Have any of you faced this issue. How long did it take for it to subside.
