Humpty_dumpty:replace nutella in breakfast with 4 -5 eggs ( 1-2 whole, rest whites) lunch and dinner kee rice ani guessing...increase rice quantity by 50-75% of current same curry qty ( dont gupl oil in curries) eat two three fistfuls of whole nuts like peanuts, almonds, cashews daily oka multivitamin tab, oka zinc tab mingu daily oka 2.5 - 3lts water try this for 3 weeks...see if your wt increases by .5 to 1 lb each week 1. check wt in the morning when you wake up 2. try to get some exercise at least 4 times a week ilaa step by step ...hit and trial try maadu you will know your body diff ledhu anukoo ...bruce lee body try seyyoch all da best
