Annai aa situation comes when you want to make a relationship. Looks like they have everything pre-planned. Long Story cut in short... Oka friend.. North vaadu... on a full time job (they first applied and hold his H1B), 2011 lo pelli ayyindhi... his wife came here and stayed for a short period and went back after like 6 months... India vellaka after an year.. veedi meeda parents meeda case pettindhi... dowry and harassment... She showed around 21 reasons.. I read the lawyer notice and most of them are very silly and base less.. I know him well enough... so.. after they filed the case, court issued an arrest warrant on his parents and his parents were hiding for few days (his father was a govt employee) and every time the bail was rejected saying if they grant the parents bail... this guy won't come back from US. Recently they were granted bail on one condition that this guy has to be present in court in next 6 months. so this is what happened. Now, This guy have to go to India in next few months. He is planning on selling everything and going as we don't know how long the process goes. Since he is a full time employee.. What can he do to keep his H1 Visa... edanna desi company ki transfer chesukoni pettesukonte use avutundha? or any other options ? Ee case valla future lo stamping ki and all emanna problem avutundha? even if he comes out of the case clean? Since a warrant is already issued? He wanted to apply for his GC.. valla company vallatho... but GC apply chesi India velladam valla emanna problems avutaaya?? In the sense.. can he apply DC abd be out of country for more than 6 months? Evarikanna emanna idea unte konchem light veestaara... Thanks. |
