Yes.. she worked at client site and she requested the client to stop may month salary. she filled her time sheets and also consultant texted/sms her earlier that he will settle asap.. but since 2 weeks he not responding her emails/calls. one of my cousin consultant is not paying salary for last 6 months(he applied for her h1 transfer and was telling he will pay once h1 transfer is done and its rejected now, looks like he perpousfully did this). she has to leave the country asap and the consultant(judge software, florida) not responding to phone calls/emails. i told her to consult lawyer. please advise how she can get her money before she leave to india.. can she go to labour dept directly? |
