Babu's New Mantra in AP - Zones All areas will fall under distinct zones, each zone will be allocated for that particular & specific cause only, come what may ex - Green Zone, IT Zone, Industrial Zone..etc He will Specifically mention for what zone he is gonna acquire land & will make all the landowners partners in the zone. All ready communists & specific land owners got hints about this. Idea behind making partners is not to invite any trouble in the future. Once the zone is built & established, the land owners will get back 60% of their original land. 60% of this land value will be more than the total undeveloped land after the zone is built. so, win-win for all parties here. Now, guys don't speculate on which zone will come where no one right now knows, what zone they could fall in even babu's closest aids doesn't know what it can be. so, keep you fingers crossed & pray that your land will be acquired for any of those zones & then later you will get back 60% of the land you gave away. This is the blue-print for now, it may change, but knowing babu & the present financial condition, he will proceed with this model |
