Most of the power cuts we are seeing for the past decade are easily avoidable. Just summer lo 4 hrs max cut saripoyedhi. All depends on planning, contracting power lines, reserving coal for months ahead etc. CBN has succeeded in doing that earlier. Congress failed utterly especially after the T movement started | ||
