If both the parents are on H1/GC then US born kids cant apply for OCI and have to apply for PIO card. I think its valid for 15 years. PIO card takes 2/3 weeks to obtain. BLS ani lathkor agency ni peekesi kotta vallaki icharu. | ||

OCI for kids is not good if you are planning to stay in US for log time , Everytime you get a new passport you need to renew them , pedda torture to reply , if PIO it is valid for 15 years as long you carry the old passport - | ||

I did not understand entry or exit visa .. PIO is for kids of indian origin or for citzens of USA , who has indian origin ; you can use it to enter india and stay for 6 months of time , if need more you need to submit a from in the police station .. You can apply it from India too - | ||

time lepothe...go to your nearest Indian embassy and apply for the visa..you will get it on the same day, make sure you carry all the required documents including photocopies, it saves your time there | ||
