In Telangana: Hyderabad has surplus Budget of approximate 6 to 7k crores per annum. Due to POLAVARAM Ordinance: Sileru project app 500MW(460MW) is shifted to AP which will have effect of 1000 crores(as said by Harsih Rao) on Telangana Budget. Total of 3.5KMW of power deficiency in Telangana will result around 7k crores which is nearly equal to surplus Budget of Hyderabad(Enitre Telangana). ...Finally there is no surplus budget in Telangana and this Entire 8K Budget will be shifted to AP. |
