Get a bag of seeds. All kinds of seeds: fruit tree seeds, vegetable seeds, any kind of food growing seeds. Start spreading them in the wild. Maybe, if you gotta few extra bucks start planting fruit trees, too. Start thinking of the future and plant seeds....plant them in out of the way places. Plant them where ever you think they'll get away with growing to maturity. Not only for yourself but others as well. Practice growing small gardens on your lawn space, on the roof of your house, anywhere! Plant indigenous fruits and vegetables... You got an empty lot next door to your home? Throw some seeds in it... You see all those trees lined up when driving on the freeway? Throw some seeds on the side of the road... Throw seeds on the side of rivers, close to shores of lakes, and streams... If you're a pilot and fly small airplanes, Dump a few bags of apple seeds out the window over fields of joy.
