I know this is not a classified site but I need help as I couldn't find better resources. I have a small 10 year old apartment on Nizampet road Kukatpally. This is less than a kilometer away from Mumbai highway. The google map location is https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/17%C2%B030'01.6%22N+78%C2%B023'16.8%22E/@17.500438,78.387993,15z/data= !3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0 It is a bare bone 2 Bedroom 2 bath - 966 sqft, north facing vasthu compliant apartment. The area is known for water problems but this one doesn't. The apartment community took care of the issue. Expecting 20 lakhs for this.
