Misunderstood it...yes, he can...one can project anyone as CM candidate and finally he need not be in CM chair...for suppose, initially TRS proposed a BC candidate for CM, but once TRS finds winning, they ignored earlier promise...and congress contested without any CM or PM candidate.... Can he do that. Suppose per suppose. If he developed andhra and T people force him to be CM of T, can he do that. Can hi contest from T and Andhra at same time and resign in andhra and be like T CM if TDP wins majority seats? |
