Are we discussing how to get power or how to develop state? Giving doles to people is not development. Andhra is not a rich state. Whatever u are saying, Cbn can also do. He doesn't have the negative baggage of jagan. Laloo and jagan ki theda ledhu, look at where laloo is now.
