Telangana crusader K. Chandrasekhar Rao might have been a man of the moment and basking in the glory after carving out of Telangana. But his past is haunting him. weak political track record for TRS in the region is creating jitters in his party leaders. Heavy bettings are being placed on KCR's drubbing to form government directly and thus scoring a Hat trick loss!

KCR has failed to lead TRS towards thumping victory in the two successive elections, 2008 by-elections and 2009 general elections. KCR-led TRS merely lost in 2008 election and even KCR offered to quit party's top post. However, Rao was convinced by his colleagues to continue in the job. Not surprisingly, Rao's party had tasted sound defeat later in 2009 despite joining forces with TDP and formed as Maha Kutami (Grand Alliance). TRS had lost a chunk of 16 seats out of 26 seats allotted by TDP and just managed to gain 10 seats with the help of TDP. Ground reports are rife that TRS has no cadre at gross-roots which may affect badly. And now that T-state is a reality by Congress delivering its promise and TRS chief bluntly dumping Congress lead to contest of Congress and TRS individually in the region. This is expected to divide staunch Telangana votes in between TRS and Congress.

Now the strong buzz doing rounds in political circles is that TRS may not form the government on its own in Telangana. He may end up as significant player but he needs the support of Congress, or allies like MIM and CPI, or even TDP-BJP combine to occupy the throne. If this buzz is true, political analysts are ridiculing that this will be KCR's hat trick.

In fact, TRS cadre too jittery over the upcoming results and started pleasing Congress. KCR's very recent statement endorsing Rahul Gandhi's PM candidature says that all. That's not all. KCR and TRS top brass, who firmly believe on Vasthu (Astrology), have initiated remodeling of TRS Bhavan in Jubilee Hills claiming 'Vasthu' (asrtology) defects. All these adding buzz to speculations over KCR's hat trick. Let's wait and watch. - See more at: http://www.gulte.com/news/26983/Heavy-Bettings-on-KCRs-Hat-t rick#sthash.fWBmiXG9.dpuf
