Thanks for the responses. Ok, so should I now try to find an employer to do a H1 transfer? Can I assume that this can be done(does not fall under cap) because his H1 is already approved though he did not enter US on that visa? | ||

assuming h1 approval is for 3 years, last oct lo h1 vacchi undali..he/she can risk travelling on own and transfer h1 after coming here.technically possible. not sure of poe checks.. | ||

My cousin has a H1 approval and stamping(until 2016), but his employer is not willing to send him onsite. He never entered US on that visa. Is there a possibility to get his H1 transferred to any other company? If the transfer is approved does he need to go for stamping again? |
