Andhra Pradesh has got Rs.10,953 crore as grants from the centre since 1997-98.
The state also got Rs.12,o00 crore from power, food and rural development ministries.
Loans from the centre have doubled in five years. Since 1997-98 the state has got Rs.9,894 crore.
The total debt has shot up from Rs.19,969 crore to Rs.44,994 crore in the past five years.
