Hyd lo the same lineman comes every month to check the readings. A very high end apartments lo 3-4 years back scam ayyindhi, apparently the secretary of the apartment association along with some office bearers used to get their readings adjusted by increasing the common meter readings in the bill. The lineman got sick so a when a new guy came in his place the scam was out. Water meter reading ayithe third party chesthundhi, SCB lo kokkolu ilanti cases. | ||

After two years, when the difference between the original reading and the fabricated reading crossed 50,000 units, he called the meter technician saying that every month this house incurs only 50 units but now there is a problem with the meter and this month it shows 50k reading and hence is faulty. Please change it. All happies, the house owner gets 50k units of free electricity. |
