The coalition between Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been announced and the leaders from both the party's are busy in finalising their candidates. BJP is not able to find strong candidates from Seemandhra and the leader from the region have started to worry about it. Amidst all these, NRI Vasudeva Reddy's name is strongly being speculated as BJP's MP from Rajampet, Kadapa. Vasudeva Reddy is a popular person among the film fraternity and he owns IDream Media limited which has got lot of subscribers. He has also successfully distributed lot of Telugu films in overseas and has got a very good reputation among the trade circles. Vasudeva Reddy has contested as an MLA in 2009 elections from Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) and has lost, later on he has joined in BJP. However, Mr Reddy has been doing lot of ground work for the upcoming elections and even the BJP-TDP leaders are waiting for Vasudeva Reddy to contest from Rajampet. TDP doesn't have a stronghold in Rajampet but it has got a good cadre over there. State BJP leaders are thinking that Vasudeva Reddy is the correct candidate from Rajampet and they are hoping that he can win the seat with the support of people.
