We are just being idealistic in feeling that oratory, erudition are not important etc. In these days of media overload, media skills are vital...our SA idiots could not even speak properly in Parliament when the time came, am not saying that this was the only reason, but this was one important factor in getting media on to your side and consequently the support from Delhi... In any kind of leadership roles, be it politics or in corporates, even if you are a good worker, if you don't have any communication skills you are going to be "perceived" as a poor leaders. lol... is that the reason for getting the Telangana state? These are not at all factors in getting Telangana. If T politicians are good at convincing/influencing High Command then they would have been CMs and Ministers all along and there would not be any need for playing victim card. | ||

Somehow i find many of the Telangana politicians quite presentable on TV and many appear quite educated, eloquent and dignified than many Andhra politicians. I find that all this were important factors in getting the Telangana state, they were able to make their case better. Damodar Raj Narsimha, Sridhar Reddy, Madhu Yashki, Vivek, Sashidhar Reddy etc. are all very good speakers and some of them are known to be decent administrators too. Even someone like DS speaks decent English, much better than our master batsmen - CM Ramesh and Sujana Chowdhary. I think Telangana, if it keeps the rabble rousers away can have some good governance.
