Darren Dorling currently i am facing a dilemma . I want to build a mansion but i dont know if i should build in jubilee hills or gachibowli near Emaar Golf Club. dorling tell me quick i need settle on the land before prices fluctuate more. which location is better ? Should i build in gachibowli financial district ? or bolls jubilee hills ? A) Bongu Dorling Gachibowli has wide roads and the people are a bit sensible. mostly IT folks & gated community. Also EMAR golf villas are good and u feel like staying out of India if u reside there. Because its neat and quiet (it looks more like american suburban houses) but i think its pricey . 4 crores Also I head mahesh babu , Ram charan , ashwini dutt and bolls purchased there. B) Jubliee hills main roads are a bit cramped due to traffic. But inner roads are fine with plush bunglows however there are some plots here and there in jubliee hills between many bungalows. I would suggest u buy @ NANDIRGI HILLS. Its next to balakrishna house @ adjacent to rd no 45 NANDIGIRI hills - Its has it own road up the hill...... Some outstanding bunglows are there on top of Nandigiri Hills. There are open plots in nandigiri hills. However i dont know if they will sell to outsiders or only for people residing there? U buy a small plot close to 3 crores. make one small fabulous bunglow close to 2 crores. But one fancy car & fancy wife. Note : on top of nandgiri hills no noise u will have fabulous view of jubliee hills and kbr park. also wind breeze is sexy Pawan kalyan has a bunglow there U CANNOT ASK MORE THAN THIS TO GOD> Bongu dorling if u are buying @ nandigiri hills.Let me know. I too want to be your body gaurd. DOrling whats ur capital investment? |
