Issues like these are very common. You have ZERO liability in this case. If this is in the common area, Condo association insurance will cover, if this is close to your entrance and NOT in the common area, then your owner's home-owners-insurance will cover. You can completely ignore this and stop worrying, these sort of accidents are very common... | ||
