I didn't realise you are trying from India. I thought for some reason you are trying to move from the US, my bad. If you are in IT both Quebec and NS are bad. best places for IT in Canada are Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary. Toronto is huge city and you won't miss India much. Ottawa is capital and very pretty city. Calgary is economic engine of Canada for the last decade and lot of opportunities, even more for non-IT engineers. Close to rockies and plenty of out door activities, if you like them | ||

like I said I can only relate to my personal experiences and the friends circle I have.. of course US has lot more opportunities, who can argue against it. US is 10 times bigger in population and much bigger in business/everything. I thought the thread initiator is asking about moving from US to Canada. It depends on your life style and the career. Canada has been great to us and I have turned down numerous opportunities to work and live in the US in last 15 years. I don't want to get in to an argument about which country is better; everyone has an opinion on it and varies based on personal experiences; but for us Canada is a wonderful country with great opportunities and I will never trade this for anything. Ika India lo nenu bathakalenu after been lived most of my adult life outside; it became too expensive and society has changed a lot in last 20 years; am stuck in 90's.. | ||
