One of my profs on negotiation skills used to say that the best compromise is that which leaves both parties slightly disappointed..that is what has happened....don't waste time, mental bandwidth and energies on discussing one seat here and one seat there...both parties have won a bit and lost a bit...stop acting like kids and get into the field...
