Don't remember any dialogue from Bala on caste.

There is a dialogue in the climax from an MLA though on how caste issue can be manipulated to instigate emotions and convert it into votes.

P.S. Most interesting bit was two of Bala's trusted aides are named Yadav & Goud....TDP playing the BC card? Your guess ;)
