Highly placed sources confirmed that Jr NTR's wife Lakshmi Pranathi is pregnant and expecting first child. The delivery is expected in a couple of months. Nandamuri camp is going all out to welcome the fourth generation kid into their family. Ever since Lakshmi Pranathi was caught with her baby bump during some recent outings with young tiger, speculations are rife that the couple are expecting soon. 'Both NTR and Lakshmi are shopping heavily for their new family member. At regular times, Jr is taking breaks from shoots to attend his loving wife', a source said.
