the problem is if i file FBAR now..i believe it will trigger them to see previous years..whenever i go and try to file with HR block..they always say no need to report it..andukune cheyaledu..light teesukunaanu...kaani chaala kangaaru gaa undi..ippudu..as per hr block consultant..they will not know...

i was just browsing internet today..penalties too much unayi..i was not even aware of that..
