Sir, First thing you should get the following. If you are willing to get things done on his fanily's behalf 1. Get a notarized authorization from his parent's to act on thier behlaf 2. Get a Proof that that established the relation between your late friend and his parents 3. You can contact a Tax consultant and file on his behalf and let the proceeds be sent to Indian Bank directly to thier paren't account 4. You can contact social security dept with the above proofs of 1,2 and ask for Guidance to get any money 5. If he has 401k or Company based Death Insurance, you can contact thier HR to get the process initiated. | ||
