As I stated earlier, entire episode is scripted for political games (from 2001 onwards). Now the real twist started. So lets be cool and don’t be to emotional, still there is hope for better things to happen. Supreme Court, can say this bill is unconstitutional. Earlier supreme court has rejected some of the bills, which are passed in parliament, the below are some links. In present situation, supreme court has to answer the following. Can parliament divide any state, if the state assembly rejected the bill? If supreme court say can’t divide, then no division until unless Bihar kind of situation happen in AP. Supreme court has to decide the AP reorganization bill is constitutional or not, if not they have to explain the violations. Then the next Govt can divide in the constitutional frame work.
