oka 6 months carbs, rice, wheat almost maaneyyi... pretty much tagginchu. liquid diet.. juices, coconut milk etc... fruits ki ekkuva switch avvu. stay away from alcohol and smoking. all set. ani ban ayina Farmer seppaad..
