could've been a mistake or it could've been due to a different reason (like having a client letter for 1.5 yrs etc) if you are a full time employee, it would've been a mistake by uscis...old employer 140 tho 3 years ostundi - period | ||

I have heard cases where I-140 approval attach chesi pampina...thy got 1 yr h1 only, so it does not matter. It depends on your employer/attorney who handles yoru case. | ||

Immi gurus.. need some clairty on my situation. - had approved 140 with company A and through it got H1b extension till september 2015. - changed to company B and applied for H1b transfer but got H1 validity till march 2014. - Meantime - company B started perm and got approved in jan this yr.. currently in process of filing I140 to claim back my previous PD. - Also filing H1b extension. Now my question is - since i have not yet filed for I140.. approved PERM tho H1 enthavaraku extension istharu? 1 yr or less than that?asalu isthara leda? Na old company H1b sept 2015 varaku unde.. will i get back that lost time with renewal? Thanks |
