is there any scope for this to happen.. just take a case of our db… First thing ppl discussing after the division is 1. WHo will be next CM 2. Who's responsible for division No one is talking about how to progress… how to develop.. how to use funds.. and what are the advantages or disadvantages of the spl status.. etc.. very little chances of progress.. one strong good leader is needed | ||
