I should probably shut up.........but will try my luck anyways........

Latest I-94 issued is the one that is valid.........lets say new I-797 got approved on Feb 15th and I-94 is issued with it on Feb 15th along with it.........now this guy uses the old I-797 on Feb 17th and a new I-94 is issued until Feb 24th based on old I-797............

I think the latest issued I-94 at PoE is valid and trumps the I-94 that was issued earlier on Feb 15th along with the new I-797........

I dont think system retroactively takes into account all the earlier issued I-94s and determines the maximum possible date out of those I-94s........

makes sense?........

if you were with employer 1 and I-797 valid till feb 2017........and with employer 2 ur I-797 is valid till 2016...........if you enter with employer 2 I-797, ur I-94 is valid only till 2016.........although you had an earlier I-94 with employer 1 until 2017......
