So T forming soon so how may A people will leave T? Honestly no one will leave T and their properties. So there will be no depreciation of properties in T. There will be some OVERHYPE in RE in A region but soon people will realize that they have been cheated (the settlers will happily settle in T and no one ever moves back to A). So if you are investing, invent in HYD because it is the right time. God knows if A will ever develop. |
