Bluelagoon:

THE ONLY reason why in india there is no RE correction is bcos of HUGE BLACKMONEY getting invested by politicians and bureacrats in real estate.

as long as this blackmoney cycle is not cracked off and hawala dealers caught off NO CORRECTION WILL BE THERE IN INDIA IN REAL ESTATE.

its not demand vs supply any more in india

Flashlight:

sooner or later everything should come down to technicality/reality/logic/sense etc.
until then, it is just a gamble and you know gambling can never be a wise investment/business.

Wrong accumulation, stock market lo gat 20 years ga chusthuna technically very stronger stock compared to Reliance will not beat Reliance enducheta antavu ??

one more factor you are forgetting, people like you who believe in technicality will sit on the shore hoping for a correction ( for ex ipudu 100 unadi 75 ki vastadi ani )... let us assume correction happens in a few years now --- by that time the price before correction could be 200--- even if correction happens it will not be as high as 50%.... remember you will not be able to buy at the rock bottom in the correction environment.... tell me what is that you are gaining ?

Flashlight:

RE is over hyped.
there is no math or logic involved in current RE trends.
Of course total land remains constant while population grows. but RE growth (hyped growth) is many multiples of population growth.
besides, few years from now, when the road system improves, there is a lot of probability that satellite cities or suburban cities develop. when that happens land prices, except in downtowns, should be comparable every where else.

ex: in some city and some location, a bank starts building a branch office. thats it, RE in 1 km radius will more than double. if that is a sustained way of RE business, the same bank would have bought such pockets of land, open a branch office where ever they have purchased lands and double their investment just like that.

RE in desam is long due for a lot of correction.

There are lot other factors you are not considering like human nature, local conditions practices etc etc
