https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10202274103666958&set=v b.1021840550&type=2&theater http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8agoXZPLPOc&feature=share this is abt same HC judge who on the other day made comments about dowry harassament case misuse. guy (HC judge sone) is my friend's friend, who did Mtech from IIT-K in comp-science and landed in plum job with top bracket salary in india & later decided to do phd in IIT-D, for mere 25k stipend. then started trouble failing to keep up lifestyle and satiate wife lifestyle requirements. papam, very nice guy.. oka daughter kuda anta. papa ni kalavadaniki kuda oppukovatledu anta. two things to take out.. 1. yes... this law is getting misused & need amendments. 2. judge gariki personal experience undi kabatti, he made these COMMENTS & clearly saying to subvert the law in making and implementation (in a way, he is asking to amend law & meanwhile gave police certain guidelines in implementation). if some vehement policeman challenges it & wants to do as per law, no one can scratch him. judge is simply using his discretionary power to violate the law & thats why he didn't put it in final judgement and just made some observations/recommendations. so, manam judge daggadu/tummadu ani danni kuda shilasasanam lekka feel avalsina pani ledu.. evarikunna prejudices/experiences batti comments & in some cases judgements ista untaru. 2009 elections: party with highest number of candidates with criminal cases - TDP.
