 Sorry - thought you knew about the marshmallow test .. Listening to GPS now - Yale study on on traits that lead to success and why certain groups of people(asians, Indians, Mormons, Nigerians) are more successful...they did a study on why some minorities are more successful and listed 3 factors : 1. Exceptionality ( a sense of being different culturally, religiously, talent wise) 2. Insecurity ( need to prove yourself, be accepted) 3.
