Satya Nadella, the India born CEO of Microsoft, has been accused by his peers of using moribund Microsoft products such as Internet Explorer, music player Zune and other packages just to impress the Microsoft board. “Bill uses Chrome and Ballmer uses Mozilla,” said an envious colleague who was also in contention for the CEO’s post. “Even they are fed up of IE. But this guy Satya has not even installed any other browser, just to fake his love for Microsoft’s products. The story doesn’t end there. He even has Bing as his default search engine. How can someone stoop so low for impressing his bosses?” This is not the first time Satya has been accused of using such means for impressing his seniors. His colleagues have even accused him of using Windows Vista in the past. They say that Satya would purposefully give presentations to Bill using his system having Vista as its OS just to impress him. Our highly placed sources within Microsoft claim that even the developers of Vista never upgraded their system to Windows Vista as it would have reduced their productivity by 70%. However Satya has a different story to tell. “The board members of Microsoft had challenged all of the prospective candidates to use only Microsoft products for a month’s time,” Nadella told The UnReal Times. “It was only I who could survive this challenge and the rest failed so they are cooking up stories. Come on, man, they took away my I-pod and I-phone and gave me Nokia Asha and Zune. Do you realize how painful that can be?” Satya’s troubles don’t end there. His jealous colleagues claim that none of Satya’s relatives in India use genuine Windows. They have even traced these systems with IP address and location to substantiate their allegations. To these allegations Satya could only say: “No comment”. However Bill has laughed off the matter, stating: “Piracy is a double edged sword.
